Right now Albertsons has a deal where you can get a free gallon of milk when you buy 3 boxes of Kellogg's cereal.
If that Kelloggs cereal is Rice Krispies or Cocoa Krispies, then you also get a Free 12.6 oz Bag of M&Ms for every 2 boxes of Rice or Cocoa Krispies.
And if you buy 10 boxes of certain Kellogg's cereals, you can get a $10 Gas Mastercard.

So here's the best way to do it:

$16.67 for 10 boxes of Rice Krispies ($1.67 each)
+$14.95 for 5 bags plain or peanut M&MS ($2.99-$3.79each)
$31.62 SubTotal
-$14.95 for 5 M&M's coupons
$16.67 Total....for 10 boxes of Rice Krispies, AND 5 bags M&Ms, AND 3 gallons of milk, AND a $10 gas card (you have to mail away for it ...)

*The 3 catalina coupons for milk will print up AFTER you pay for the transaction.
*The expiration date on the milk coupons that printed up today was April 13th, so be sure to use them before then.
*The M&M coupons were on the Rice Crispies & Cocoa Krispies boxes, but our Albertsons peeled them off and had them at the registers. The maximum value for the M&M coupons is $2.99, and the M&M's are probably $3.79, so they may cost you 80 cents a bag, but that's worth it to me! My Albertsons changed the price to $2.99 to make them free.
*You don't HAVE to buy any M&Ms to still get the free milk and $10 gas card.
*There are many different Kelloggs cereals that work for the free milk & $10 gas card, but only the Krispies work for the M&M's, and the other Kelloggs cereal's prices may vary from the $1.67 a box.
*There is a limit of 5 gas cards per household.
*The expiration date on the cereals I bought was a whole year away, March 2012.
*I did this about 11:00 this morning at my favorite Albertsons-the Albertsons in Meridian, ID on Cherry Lane by BigLots! and they had the cereal and M&M's and a big sign right up front. They had the forms for the gas cards & the M&M coupons at the register.

If you'd rather have more FREE milk than FREE M&Ms, then buy the cereal 9 at a time, & then you'll get 3 Free milk coupons, and can get 4 free M&M's.

The Old Wisconsin Summer Sausages are on sale for $4.99, but are $3.99 with the in-ad coupon (limit 6). Inside the package is a $3 off coupon, which would make them only $0.99 each! The old Meridian Albertsons (by BigLots) on Cherry Lane will open them up, get the coupon out so you can use it right away, and then rewrap it for you. I'm not sure if other Albies are doing this too...but it even gets better! They also have a coupon for $2 off any meat purchase when you buy 2 of the summer sausages. So here is what I did:

$29.94...for 6 summer sausages @ $4.99 each
$10.82..for 3 New York Steaks (INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED)
$40.76...SUBTOTAL
-$ 6.00...In-ad coupon for summer sausages
-$18.00...$3 off coupons inside summer sausages (6 of them)
-$ 6.00...$2 off meat coupon when you buy 2 summer saus (used 3 of them)
$10.76...TOTAL OUT OF POCKET!!! WOW!!! And that's for 3 NEW YORK STEAKS and 6 Old Wisconsin Sausages!
For the $2 meat coupon you don't have to buy New York Steaks like I did, you can buy anything...a pound of hamburger, a roast, whatever...and use the $2 off meat coupon. I know my favorite Albies (Cherry Lane by BigLots) has a bunch of the Sausages already packaged with the coupon out and all the coupons I mentioned back in the meat department for the asking.

They also had some GREAT produce deals. Back by the meat department were a couple carts with bags of fresh produce for only .99 a bag! The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Road to Healthy Skin Tour, presented by AVEENO^® and Rite Aid will be rolling into 80-plus cities, offering free skin cancer screenings in a state-of-the-art RV-turned-dermatologist’s-office. The Tour, now in its third year, provides free, full-body skin exams by local dermatologists. They are also giving away sun-protection samples and other goodies. And it is completely FREE!

Although they won’t be coming to Idaho (Find out if they’ll be in your city), I wanted to post about it because this is a cause that hits home. Less than a year ago I was diagnosed with Infiltrative Basal Cell Carcinoma (it’s not as awful as it sounds!). I thought I did everything right growing up. While I did spend a lot of time outdoors, we always lathered on the sunscreen. Regardless, I rang in my 30th birthday with an inch and a half missing from my cheek. And it could have been much worse if I didn’t catch it when I did.

McNeil Product Recall- Read If You Have Children

Ok, this is a scary recall since most of us probably have these products in our cabinets (and stock pile). McNeil Consumer Healthcare is voluntarily recalling certain over-the-counter children’s and infant’s liquid medicine. The recall is due to the products not meeting quality standards, not because of adverse medical events.

You can read more about the recall and why it is happening, but I have to say this is just plain scary, especially as a parent. Products include Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec, and Benadryl Allergy. Make sure you check out the full list of products.
